Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation.
After this period, your order may have already entered production and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

As each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and details of the issue. We will review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
