Yes. Our pieces are made to order, created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation. After this period, your order may have entered production and can no longer be cancelled.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, if you contact us within the 12-hour cancellation window. Once production has started, changes are no longer possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before dispatch — shipping time will then depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As our pieces are made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

What if my item arrives with a manufacturing defect?

If your item arrives with a manufacturing or quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the problem. Once we've reviewed it, we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

How do I choose the right size?
